Rogues is a real-life account of the man-animal conflict in some of the country’s better-known forests and the agricultural landscape around such reserved areas, and how perilous the land and laws are for wildlife as well as people. In this autobiographical work, conservationist and angler G Susheel paints glimpses from his fifty years in the jungles of India and his experience of the escalating man-animal conflict. He also provides some insights into how small steps can resolve much of the tension and keep animals and humans safe.
