India Post and private couriers serve as our default shipping partners. All orders are subject to product availability. In the event of stock unavailability, refunds will be issued via the original payment method.

2. Cost of Shipping

Shipping rates vary by product, packaging, size, and volume, and are calculated at checkout.

Orders above Rs. 5,000 qualify for free shipping, applicable domestically within India.

3. Shipping Updates

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a notification via email including courier details and tracking information.

4. Handling Time

Processing typically requires 10 (ten) days before dispatch, though we always pursue expedited processing wherever possible.

6. International Shipping

We ship globally. Estimated international delivery timeframes are as follows:

  • Standard international shipment: approximately 30 Business Days
  • Priority international shipment: approximately 10 Business Days

Customers assume full responsibility for any customs duties and taxes applicable in their destination country.

7. Other Rules

  • Address changes must be communicated within 48 hours of placing your order via email to care@storywell.in, including your order number and new address.
  • Products within a single order may ship separately.
  • The company engages logistics partners professionally but cannot control the actions of delivery personnel.

8. Missing or Lost Packages

Products lost in transit will receive free reshipping or a full refund at the customer's preference.

9. Wrong or Incomplete Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. Incorrect or incomplete details may prevent reshipping or refunds.

10. Return and Refund

Orders that cannot be shipped due to company limitations will be cancelled with a full refund. Cancellations are allowed before dispatch.

Qualifying returns receive a full refund minus the original shipping cost. All returns require proper documentation and proof.

Replacements are subject to stock availability and are allowed within 24 hours of receipt for defective or damaged products.
